One subscription covers the children in your household. That's a promise of trust, and we keep it simple on purpose.
Your introductory year
Your introductory period lasts 12 months from the start of your first paid Family subscription, whichever billing option you choose. After that, a continuously active subscription moves to the standard price disclosed at sign-up, and we will not increase that standard price while your subscription remains continuously active. If our prices ever change, that is for new subscriptions only, never for families already with us. No countdowns, nothing to rush.
If the price is the barrier
If £12.99 a month would keep your child out, write to us about a free family place. We keep a small number, approved by hand, because "ability, not affordability" isn't a slogan we decorate with; it's the reason Edumate exists, and we'd rather help than lose you.
