No unexpected price changes
Whatever a paid plan costs, and anything that would change it later, is set out before you subscribe. We will not increase the price of a service you are already subscribed to while your subscription to that service remains continuously active. If you choose to add something new, any charge for it will be shown clearly before you confirm. Future changes to our prices apply only to new purchases of the affected service. No countdowns, nothing to rush.
If the price is the barrier
If the cost would keep your child out, write to us about a free family place. We keep a small number, approved by hand, because "ability, not affordability" isn't a slogan we decorate with; it's the reason Edumate exists, and we'd rather help than lose you.
